The National Park Service is proposing to revise rules relating to boating and water use in areas administered by the Service. The goal is to provide greater consistency with U.S. Coast Guard regulations and certain state laws. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by December 24, 2003. 68 Fed. Reg. 51207
