Allen Appointed VP

Blue & Gold Fleet, San Francisco, Calif., elected Shelby Allen as vice president of sales and marketing, effective immediately. Allen, whose responsibilities include overseeing all of the company's sales and marketing functions, previously held positions as vice president of marketing for both the Los Angeles and San Francisco Convention and Visitors Bureaus.
