Royal Caribbean Declares Dividend

The Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has declared a quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share for shareholders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2005, payable on December 29, 2005. This is the 49th consecutive quarter Royal Caribbean's Board of Directors has voted to declare a dividend to shareholders.
