SMIT has bought a share of 50 percent in Ocean Marine Services in Egypt. Together with its partner for 25 years (the Shilbaya Group) seven work vessels will be deployed on term charters for the Egyptian petroleum industry. This participation is in line with SMIT’s growth strategy.
