The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Grant Programs Directorate (GPD issued Information Bulletin 354 announcing that extension requests for FY 2006 Preparedness Grant Programs (including the Port Security Grant Program – PSGP) must be received by FEMA no later than March 31 and that there will be no extensions on FY 2006 performance periods past June 30.
