Damen Group Acquires Kvaerner Fjellstrand Yard

Damen Shipyards Group has formulated an agreement with Kvaerner ASA to acquire the Singapore shipyard, Kvaerner Fjellstrand. An agreement has been signed for the acquisition by Damen of all shares in KFJS.

Following the acquisition, the Singapore operation will be known as Damen Shipyards Singapore - employing the current staff of Kvaerner Fjellstrand Singapore.
