NOAA Drafts Contracting Policy on Hydrographic Services

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) issued a Notice stating that it has drafted an updated contracting policy for hydrographic services. The goal is to expand mapping and charting contracting with private entities. Comments on the draft policy should be submitted by May 7. Source: HK Law
