Lockheed Martin Awarded Contract Modification

Lockheed Martin Federal Systems, Manassas, Va., is being awarded an $11,588,347 modification to previously awarded contract (N00024-96-C-6226) for the incorporation of engineering change proposals to upgrade the Virginia class sonar/combat control/architecture subsystem. Work will be performed in Manassas, Va., and is expected to be completed in March 2008. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Wash., D.C., is the contracting activity.
