False ORB and Obstruction Charged

The US Department of Justice said that a tanker company has been charged with making a false statement to the US Coast Guard by presenting an oil record book with known incorrect entries and with trying to impede the USCG investigation. The second engineer on the tanker has been charged with obstruction of justice. The release notes that an indictment is merely an accusation and the defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty. Source: HK Law
