Energy Partners Ltd. has reported its Gulf of Mexico Shelf exploratory well in South Timbalier 214 No. 2 was drilled but did not find commercial hydrocarbons and is being declared a dry hole.
New Orleans-based Energy Partners is currently drilling a well called La Psada in Vermillion Parish, La.
