The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued a Notice stating that it will host a seminar in Hato Rey, Puerto Rico on March 9, 2004 providing an overview of the responsibilities of vessel operators, ocean transportation intermediaries, and maritime shipping services users in the U.S. foreign trades.
