Canada Proposes Changes to Small Vessel Regulations

Transport Canada stating that it is planning to amend the small vessel regulations. These regulations apply to vessels under 15 gross tons and those carrying 12 or fewer passengers. Comments on the proposal should be submitted by January 20, 2004.
