The Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) issued two documents as part of the resolution of the matter involving allegations that the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement (TSA) and its members had engaged in improper practices. The FMC issued an Order disposing of the petition that commenced the action. The agency also issued an Order discontinuing the proceeding.
