Beer Shipments via Schencker

Schencker is going to co-ordinate the Euro Demand Point (EDP) of Heineken Breweries in Rotterdam. From this EDP the special beers of various European breweries are consolidated and shipped to destinations in the United States. In first instance the volume is some 60,000 pallets. Schenker will take care of the transport within Europe as well and also handle the empty returns are part of the contract. It is expected that volume will rise further in the coming years.
