Dockwise Yacht Transport Business Sold by Boskalis

Royal Boskalis Westminster N.V. (Boskalis) has completed the sale of Dockwise Yacht Transport (DYT to Sevenstar Yacht Transport B.V. based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

With the acquisition of Dockwise in March 2013, Boskalis also acquired the activities of Dockwise Yacht Transport (DYT). DYT's core business is the transatlantic transportation of luxury yachts between Florida, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

Boskalis considers that these activities have no strategic value and do not fit with the group's existing core business. Boskalis sold the DYT activities including 2 dedicated semi-submersible yacht transport vessels (Super Servant 4 and Yacht Express) for a total consideration of USD 40-million. This divestment will not have a material impact on Boskalis earnings.
