TSAC to Meet in D.C.

The Working Group on Maritime Security of the Towing Safety Advisory Committee (TSAC), sponsored by the U.S. Coast Guard, will meet in Washington, DC on February 18-19, 2003 to discuss various issues relating to current Coast Guard regulations as they pertain to towing vessels.
